Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days (for ready-to-ship and in-stock items).
Some items might be made to order - see special notice and "pre-order" note for the items concerned.

Gift cards and custom orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Shipping Fees
We ship everywhere in Canada and internationally.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped.

We use a shipping platform that allows us to select the best carrier for each shipment.
Depending on the address, the contents of your order, traffic, or season, shipping fees may vary.
Standard Shipping (3 to 5 business days) - Canada
Standard shipping fees range from $9 to $25 depending on the weight and type of item.
For items weighing less than 50g, you can select an untracked envelope for $5.

Express Delivery (2 to 3 business days guaranteed - excluding remote areas) - Canada
Starting at $15

International Delivery
All international shipments are tracked - starting at $25 and to any region in the world.
PICKUP
Unless otherwise stated, you can pick up your orders free of charge by appointment at workshop Marraine MTL.​
Orders are generally ready within 24 to 48 hours. A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is ready.
