EXCHANGES & RETURNS

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or a refund, only on items that are not hygiene products. Please contact directly by email at marrainemtl@gmail.com specifying the reason for the return/exchange in order to register your request.

All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, to the following address:

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded by Marraine MTL, unless the product presents a manufacturing defect.

Gift cards and custom made orders are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

All repairs made at the teddy's hospital are guaranteed for a period of 6 months (according to the use for which the item is normally intended).
